Dave Herbert is a Georgia native born in Commerce, Georgia. His interest in building began in school, serving as president of his industrial arts club and later being selected as a state officer. He has worked in the building trades since 1973 managing a waterproofing business prior to homebuilding. Dave is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. He is an active member of The Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association and is a Certified Professional Homebuilder.

Dave has been building residential custom homes in the metro area since 1985. Some of the communities include White Columns, Richmond Glen, Gates of Marietta Country Club and Lakeside at Ansley. Dave is committed to building quality custom homes incorporating plans with flair and maximum utilization of space with an emphasis on creating a positive building experience for the customer, before and after the completion of their home. Dave’s goal is not only to build a “showhome”, but a home that exemplifies the American dream, a home that is livable with a style and grace that lends itself to everyday family enjoyment as well as special entertainment occasions. Dave also does extensive remodeling and basement finishes.
